Wedding RSVP wording and samples

In order to know whether your guests will come or not, you would better send your wedding invitations with RSVP cards about 6 weeks before your wedding. For the details about how to write RSVP card wording, we collect some samples of response cards to help you get a rough understanding about it.

The RSVP card usually is in the same theme/color as your wedding invitations and save the date. You can indicate the number of people who will attend your wedding by receiving the RSVP card from your guests.

And if you use RSVP card, it needs to be easy for your guests to understand and use. And you’d better include a self-addressed return envelope so your guest can easily send the response card back to you.

Such information should be simple and straightforward, aggregated appropriately. You don’t need to write too much information except important information. It dosen’t like wedding invitations or save the date, the funny and creative words are needless.

Here are some templates you can use on your response card
1.
Please respond by DATE, YEAR (important, your guests will know when to come and whether have time to the wedding)
M________________________
________we’d be delighted! (important, you should count the people who will attend the wedding)
________we regret to decline(important, Ditto)

2. (You can add some adjunct wording appropriately)
