1.Can I get free samples?

Normally, after you place an order, we will send the eproofs to you and you can see the invitation on your computer, But if you want to see the actural cards, you need to place a sample order, Each sample costs $3 and the shipping fee is $6.

2.How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Once we receive your order, it takes two business days to process your order. Shipping usually takes three to four business days excluding Public holidays. So, you would have your order in five to six business days after you approve the proofs. Again, this is assuming there are no changes or problems on your order.

3.Can I see a proof of my order before it is printed?

Of course, After you place the order, we will send e-proof to you in 36 hours

4.Are the envelopes included with my order?

Yes, our wedding cards come with envelopes

5.Can I order my cards blank?

Yes, you can keep your cards blank, When you place an order, you can fill in this requirement in the "Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order" box on the order page.

6.Can I customize the card with my own wording?

Yes, When you place an order, please fill in your own wording in "use my own verse" box

7.Do you have a minimum Order?

No, we don't have a minimum Order, but only the amount of your order is over $40, the shipping fee is free. if not, you need to pay $15 shipping fee.

8.What does the cost of my Cards include?

If you buy invitation, these items are included in the price : invitation card , free response card, free outer envelope and response envelope.

9.I like one of your cards, but want the design to be changed. Will you do that?

Yes, we can do that for you, When you place an order, you can fill in the blank "Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order with your specific requirement. Other wise, after you place an order, please email us or contact our Live Chat as soon as possible.

10.Can I cancel my Order?

Yes, before printing, if you don't like our cards or service, you can cancel your order and get a full refund.

11.What methods do you accept for payment?

You can pay by Paypal,Visa Card,Master Card,Discover Card,American Express,E Check(If you use E-Check, the process will take up to 4 business days due to clearance process.) and Western Union(If you want to use Western Union, you can contact us for further information).

12.Can I track my Order after it is sent out?

Yes, after we ship your Order, you will receive the tracking number to follow your Order while enroute to you. This tracking information will be maintained in your paypal email and instructions on how to access this information will be sent to you with the tracking number.

13. How far in advance should I order my invitations?

We would recommend you purchase your invitations 3 - 4 weeks before you wish to send them out. It is customary to send your invitation out 2-3 months before your wedding, or approx 4 - 6 weeks before your RSVP date. However, this may change if you are inviting relatives or friends from overseas, in which case, you would send the invitations much earlier to allow time for International travel arrangements to be made.

14.How do I send you my guest addresses and names?

Sorry, we only offer printing for your name and address not your guest addresses and names.
